A study finds the COVID-19 vaccines reduce life expectancy

A published study from 2024 which I’ve only just come across has found a very disturbing and massive reduction in life expectancy in people who took the COVID-19 mandated vaccines.

In an Italian based study from 2024 on COVID vaccine effectiveness (Alessandria, Malatesta, Berrino & Donzelli, 2024), of a large population group (over 245,000 people), which included a 2-year follow-up, the authors found that there was an increased risk of all-cause mortality in those who had 1 or more COVID-19 vaccines compared to those who didn’t get the shots. For those who had just two shots, the increase in mortality, or more accurately in this study, the reduction of life expectancy was 37%.

Some sources are claiming that this means a reduction of approximately 30 years to someone’s life. This is based on the average life expectancy of Western populations is around 80 years of age, this means that a 37% decrease in life expectancy is approximately 30 years. But this reduction of life expectancy only applies from when someone had these COVID-19 vaccines. So a 50-year old person who only recently had their first shot, would normally expect to live to 80 years of age might instead live to 68.9 years of age (37% x 80-50 years), being a reduction of 11.1 years from the one COVID-19 vaccine. A younger person who had these shots, say a 30-year old, may have a reduction of life expectancy of 18.5 years, being 37% of 80-30 years, hence living to just 61.5 years. Of course there are a lot of other factors involved in reality!

With the huge number or percentage of people who had these shots, this is a massive and tragic loss of life, and with huge effects on families and friends, and their health, businesses, and more.
These findings seem to be confirmed in other statistics, such as of excess deaths in many countries, including in Australia (ABS, 2023; Bergman, 2025).

The main issue of the COVID-19 vaccines is the spike protein, which is the infective and damaging part of the coronavirus and in the shots too. With the shots, there’s a continuous production of huge numbers of the spike proteins in the body, and there’s no off-switch. I wrote other articles on this topic here -

It’s the continuous production of the damaging spike protein which causes chronic inflammation, oxidative damage, reduced immune system function, and damage to the heart and blood vessels, liver, kidneys, thyroid, brain and reproductive organs, which is causing many chronic health issues and early deaths.

But it’s not the end of the world. There are things which can be done to reduce the spike proteins, reduce the damage they cause, and reduce the risks of being a statistic such as being mentioned here. But that’s a whole new article which I will follow up on soon!

Does the polio vaccine cause more cases of polio?

World Polio Day!

Today, 24th October, is World Polio Day to raise awareness of this alleged infection, and the even more alleged importance to recognise the part that the polio vaccine played in the eradication of this infection from the planet.

Polio, according to the questionable World Hoax Organisation (WHO), is a highly infectious disease which attacks the nervous system to cause spinal and respiratory paralysis, and even death. The WHO claims that polio has existed since prehistoric times, without any evidence of this. The late 19th century and early 20th century saw outbreaks in parts of the world, with allegedly half a million people being paralysed or dead from polio as there was no treatment or cure.

Early polio vaccines were introduced in the 1950s, mainly the Salk and Sabin vaccines, being the names of the doctors/scientists who developed them.

In 1988, the WHO started an eradication program to rid the world of polio, and despite the claims of the WHO that polio was eradicated in the year 2000, there were then still 6 countries where polio infections were wild polio was still endemic, and still 4 countries in 2006. In 2021 there were only 2 cases of wild polio in the world, one each in Afghanistan and Pakistan (WHO, 2025). So polio actually wasn't really eradicated even as late as 2021! If polio were so infectious, surely there would be more than one case in a location?!

The WHO claims of polio being eradicated is based on the theory of “herd immunity”, that if enough people get a vaccine, or a certain percentage of people is reached, the vaccinated “herd” can protect the rest of the unvaccinated herd who haven’t got or can’t get the vaccine. And we all saw another example of this herd immunity belief with the more recent C@VID-19 plandemic. And so many of us saw through the propaganda too.

The ”herd immunity” concept came about from studies in animals, and the concept ONLY works with on wild infections, where animals in a herd who survive the infection will develop antibodies to the infection which are transferred to their babies who were born later. The same concept happens in humans, but again only in wild infections. The vaccine based herd immunity concept has been stolen and misused as propaganda by the WHO and most doctors to this day, and is part of the foundation of “modern medicine” and pharmaceuticals. As such, these so-called health experts see most or all bacteria and microbes as “bad” and must be destroyed. If people really knew that the herd immunity concept is not real when it comes to vaccinations, the whole medical paradigm and pharmaceutical industry would collapse.

There are a number of reasons why herd immunity doesn’t work with vaccinations:

1. Many vaccines such as those for chicken pox, measles, yellow fever, tetanus, rotavirus, typhoid, shingles, and Japanese encephalitis, rabies, and past polio vaccines contain LIVE (but weakened) pathogens, and they have been shown in studies to become activated again in human tissue, to cause the actual infection that people are allegedly been vaccinated against (HHS, 2025)

2. All vaccines bypass normal immune system barriers and immune system functions, by being injected directly into body tissues, and as a result, the antibodies produced only last a short time, such as a few months to a few years at the most. Hence why “boosters” are often recommended, as the alleged protection wanes. We’ve seen this in the more recent C@VID-19 vaccines, that in published studies and in the general population, the protection only lasts a few weeks or months, and why these vaccines have the highest number of recommended “boosters” of any vaccine!

3. Live virus vaccines, and the C@VID-19 vaccine spike proteins, are known to shed in body fluids such as saliva, faeces, sweat, and breath, to infect other people around them! So the vaccines actually propagate the infection and cause more cases.

So the WHO can dream on about their propaganda of having eliminated polio through vaccinations, because it’s not really possible. And their information on their own website proves this.

Did you know that the polio vaccine is the single greatest cause of polio, even today?

The WHO regularly publishes press releases on their website on polio outbreaks. Almost all polio outbreaks, despite their alleged eradication of polio in 2000 (including in Australia (Australian Government, 2025)), are "vaccine-derived polio outbreaks"! The WHO says so on their website! In other words, polio outbreaks today are caused by their own polio vaccine programs.

Just in the last few years, the WHO have announced on their website such vaccine-caused polio outbreaks in Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Nigeria, Mozambique, Niger, Cameroon, Angola, Central African Republic, Somalia, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Togo, Tajikistan, Iran, Pakistan, PNG, Philippines, Malaysia, and other countries (WHO, 2021). That's about 29 countries with vaccine-caused polio outbreaks since 2017... But you don't hear this in the news or on the WHO’s social media channels on World Polio Day! If polio has allegedly been eradicated, according to the WHO, why do we need an awareness day? Or why are we still being told we need the polio vaccines, if it’s been eradicated?

If polio is still around today, and being CAUSED by vaccinations, then why are we still using them?
Because if people really knew this information, people would stop taking them, and the whole medical house of cards will collapse…

I have a lot more information and studies on this topic, that I could write a book! But this is enough for World Polio Day – perhaps instead of the propaganda of the day, it instead should be a reminder of the misdeeds, misinformation and lies we’ve been told for decades on this topic.

Psoriasis can be treated easily and quickly, naturally!

Today, 29th October, is World Psoriasis Day, to raise awareness and funds, to the alleged 125 million people worldwide with this serious, uncomfortable or painful, disabling, and very obvious skin condition.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin condition which shows as large, thick, scaly and usually silver-coloured lesions which can be found on almost any part of the body. The skin patches can more often be found on certain parts of the body such as the elbows and knees, scalp and neck, but certainly not limited to these areas. The scaly lesions continuously flake off onto clothes or the environment, leading to a social stigma of being “infected”, which can have a huge impact on someone’s social activities or even discrimination, and even mental health. The condition is deemed as an autoimmune condition, as the immune system is attacking the body’s healthy tissue in the skin.

Psoriasis is also associated with a number of comorbidities or other serious conditions, which a person with psoriasis can have too, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, inflammatory bowel disease, and mental health symptoms. The longer someone has psoriasis, the greater the risks of these serious additional health issues.

The many Psoriasis awareness groups and charity organisations (IFPA, 2025) typically say that the condition is a life-long disease which cannot be cured, which is 100% wrong! They say this because the usual medical “treatments” are medications and topical creams. These alleged “treatments” are only symptom relief, to reduce the psoriasis symptoms, and include oral immune system suppressants such as corticosteroids, anti-inflammatories or even toxic chemotherapy medications to reduce the autoimmune or immune system activity, or topical corticosteroid creams and/or moisturisers to reduce the redness or dryness of the skin and prevent the skin flaking and itching. Some of these medications can have very serious complications, including of weight gain, and even cancer, due to the suppression of the immune system.

Doctors and even dermatologists only try to treat the symptoms of conditions, hence these are the only recommended treatments you will be offered for psoriasis. They don’t find or address the root causes of the psoriasis!

As a Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath, I have experience in completely reversing psoriasis, by finding and treating all the root causes of the skin issues, and other symptoms, in each person! I take time to investigate a person’s diet and lifestyle to find what might be causing or contributing to the symptoms, as well as analysing blood pathology results which can find nutrient deficiencies and other factors such as anaemia, low thyroid function, liver issues, and more which can affect skin repair and healing. There are ALWAYS root causes to skin conditions like psoriasis, and they can be a different combination of causes and factors in each person.

Our skin turns over very quickly, and in a healthy person, any skin injury or wound will typically heal and disappear in a week or so. If there’s a skin issue which isn’t healing, or getting worse or larger, then there must be something which is affecting the skin repair processes. I find these root causes and factors, and I address or treat them in each person, and I typically see amazing improvements in skin symptoms within weeks! An additional benefit of this approach is that any comorbidities someone has with psoriasis will also reduce and improve, as I find they have the same root causes as the skin issues!

How ironic is it that Diabetes Awareness Month follows from the sugar-fest of halloween?!

November is Diabetes Awareness Month! This is to raise awareness (and money) to this chronic disease which is still being diagnosed in epidemic numbers around the world, despite all previous awareness days and months and fund-raising for alleged research and treatments.

I find it very amusing and ironic that ONE day after the absolute sugar-fest that is Halloween (or Hell-o-ween?!) on October 31st, with the ridiculous amount of unhealthy treats given out for this alleged tradition, there’s a whole MONTH of diabetes “awareness” which follows! But I’m sure this amusement and irony is lost on so many people.

Diabetes, and especially Type 2 Diabetes, is completely preventable and reversible, despite the advice of the diabetes organisations and charities. An example, from the American Diabetes Association, which claims that Type 2 Diabetes is a problem when your body does not use insulin properly. As such, their recommended “treatments” are focussed on using medications and insulin to treat the symptoms of diabetes, being the high blood glucose levels. They simply do not acknowledge or look at treating the root causes of Diabetes! They also do not really even understand the condition IMHO!

Diabetes Australia claims that Diabetes is again due to poor insulin production, and that there is no cure for Type 2 Diabetes, with mainly a genetic cause as it runs in families even there’s been no known genetic cause found! No, the insulin issues of Diabetes are due to a poor diet of too many carbohydrates (sugary foods and drinks, grain based foods, fruit, and alcohol). A high carbohydrate diet causes higher insulin production, and over time can wear out the pancreas (the organ which produces insulin), leading to higher and higher blood glucose levels, which leads to diabetes, and its other issues of chronic inflammation and oxidative damage, high blood pressure and heart issues, obesity, and other health issues.

People within families tend to eat the same cr@ppy foods and have the same cr@ppy lifestyle, which can be common causes and risk factors for diabetes. So what may appear to be genetic is not at all!
Diabetes Australia recommends eating lots of carbohydrates (!) and less fat to control your diabetes, which is completely the opposite of what you should do! Healthy fats in foods will better balance your blood sugar and energy levels, prevent sugar cravings, and cause absolutely NO insulin response from the pancreas!

Similar to other chronic health conditions I’ve seen in clinical practice, there is no one root cause to Type 2 Diabetes. While a high carb diet IS a major root cause to Diabetes, there are always other root causes and contributing factors too, which can be different in each person. Unless all the root causes to Diabetes in each person are identified and treated, the Diabetes can’t be reduced or reversed.
It's about time that the diabetes organisations in Australia and around the world started advising the public based on 21st century scientific advice on diabetes prevention and treatment, and not 1960s garbage science that they still promote. This is about peoples' lives and that of their families, and not about maintaining profits for the diabetes organisations and the food companies they are in bed with.

We also need to better educate our children in good nutrition, and set good examples as adults too. This includes boycotting stupid and unhealthy traditions like Halloween and its dangerous sugar-fest. It’s not just about a one treat day per year, as those unhealthy treats often last days or weeks, and children are exposed to these multiple times per year, or very regularly in many cases. And we wonder why Diabetes hasn’t gone away…

Because I focus on finding all the root causes and factors contributing to Diabetes in each person, I get very quick and long-lasting results! Let's end diabetes by addressing its root causes!

Further to my previous post with November being Diabetes Awareness month, the 14th November is apparently World Diabetes Day, to raise awareness of the condition of diabetes, and to get more funding for the diabetes associations for research into this condition.

Why? When we already know what causes the main form of diabetes (being Type 2), and how to reverse it! (Type 1 symptoms and effects can be greatly reduced and insulin requirements reduced).

​Type 2 Diabetes is a metabolic condition where blood sugar levels are constantly high due to dysfunctional hormones such as insulin, leptin, glucagon, and ghrelin and others. The body no longer responds correctly to these hormones. High blood glucose is very inflammatory and damaging to the body, especially to the blood vessels (causing atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, skin ulcers and loss of blood supply to lower extremities, poor wound healing), damaging the nerves (causing loss of sensitivity and feeling in extremities), eye conditions, kidney damage, liver damage and more.

These are factors and the result of Diabetes, but not the cause of the condition. So what does cause Diabetes?

There is no single cause to Diabetes, but a combination of factors, which can be a different combination in each person.

Some of the possible root causes and factors in Diabetes include the following:

- High carbohydrate diet, causing consistently high blood sugar levels
- Insulin resistance, as a result of the chronic high blood sugar levels
- Low protein and low fat diets, because you’re eating too many carbs
- Many vitamin and mineral deficiencies, which are needed to make insulin or other hormones for regulating blood sugar levels
- Low salt diets, causes insulin resistance
- Poor lifestyle, typically a sedentary one, so you don’t use the blood sugar for physical activity
- Poor sleep quantity and quality
- Poor sun exposure, low vitamin D, and/or excess exposure to artificial lighting
- Heavy metals toxicity
- High chronic inflammation and oxidative damage, from a number of causes and sources, especially causing damage to the pancreas, to reduce insulin production and secretion
- Low thyroid function
- And more!

But diabetics are usually just told to eat less fats and more of the very thing which causes high blood sugar - carbs! Why? Because the diabetes associations around the world are sponsored by food industry companies, such as grain companies, cereal producers, and other packaged and processed foods, to maintain their profits. The same food industry companies also sponsor the dietitians' associations around the world, so those associations will promote their products. In some countries, such as in Australia, the Dietitians Association of Australia actually wrote the government food guidelines, again favouring food industry companies' products. This is why these mostly high carb foods are promoted for everyone, and especially for diabetics. Such advice will make your health worse.

I have reversed type 2 diabetes in people who have had the condition for years, often in a few weeks! In some, their fasting blood sugar readings dropped into the normal range within a few days! All because of getting the right scientifically proven nutrition advice and some lifestyle changes, in an easy to follow treatment plan.

If you have diabetes or someone you know does and hasn't been able to improve their symptoms in a few weeks, then I would love to help! Type 2 Diabetes is completely reversible! But it needs to be treated by someone who understands the condition and who focuses on all the root causes in each person, and not by someone who wants to just "manage" the symptoms. Don't let low cholesterol become a major health issue!

Cholesterol Awareness Week runs from 24th to 30th November each year! This is promoted by various organisations who think they are helping people to reduce heart disease, but they are actually making peoples’ health much worse!

Ever since a ridiculous, biased and corrupt study on cholesterol and heart disease was published back in 1978 by Ancel Keys, we’ve been lied to about cholesterol, and doctors and alleged health organisations are still believing these lies and telling the public these same lies. Ancel Keys published a study called the “7 countries” study which allegedly showed that saturated fats and cholesterol caused heart disease. Many studies before then had proven otherwise, and many quality studies since then have also not proven his theory at all either.

The trouble was that Keys was an epidemiologist, a scientist who uses statistical data to come to some conclusion or theory. Epidemiological studies are very low down the list of the quality of scientific studies, because they are open to false information, bias, incorrect interpretation and poor results. Epidemiological studies also cannot ever prove that something causes anything. They can only suggest a “link” or “association” between two things. When you hear on the news or see in articles some new study suggesting a “link” or “association” of something causing some health issue, it’s based on an epidemiological study, and you really should ignore it! Such studies can conclude something like “eating vegemite regularly is linked to shark attacks”! Australians will eat a lot of vegemite, and as we are “girt by sea” we have a lot of beaches, swimming in the surf, and lots of sharks. So of course in a questionnaire-based “study”, it may be found that people who eat vegemite have a higher risk of shark attacks, but there’s no way ever that vegemite CAUSED the shark attack! This is an example of the ridiculousness of epidemiological studies, and why they should be ignored!
Also, Keys actually researched the health data of 22 countries, but he only used the data in his study from 7 countries as only those fit his pre-conceived and biased theory! When all the data from the 22 countries was examined, there was no link of cholesterol with heart disease at all!

Keys also had other problems with his study:

1. He didn’t differentiate saturated fat from trans-fat or margarine, as he thought they were the same, when they are not!
2. Many epidemiological or clinical trial studies since then have failed to validate his theory
3. He only studied middle-aged men. No women or children were studied at all, so this is not a good representation of the wider public.

Sadly 50 years later, most of the public and even many doctors and cardiologists still believe the lies and corruption from the Keys study. And heart organisations like Heart Support Australia, who are actively promoting “Cholesterol Awareness Week” say on their website that “Don’t let cholesterol be your silent killer”!

Some real facts on cholesterol:

1. Cholesterol is only found in animal-based foods – meat, fish, eggs and dairy. These are healthy foods!
2. We can only eat 20% of our daily cholesterol requirements, so our liver makes the rest. If you are vegan, you don’t consume any cholesterol, so your liver will (try) to make all the cholesterol you need
3. Our bodies make cholesterol because it’s essential for life!
4. We need a LOT of cholesterol for our health!

Cholesterol is needed for:

1. Energy production, especially for the heart and muscles
2. Making vitamin D
3. Making our male and female hormones
4. Making our neurotransmitters, brain function, and myelin sheath insulation/protection on our nerves
5. Immune system function
6. For making many new cells each day, and their cell walls
7. And much more.

As a result, if your cholesterol levels are low, from low intake, low liver function, low thyroid function, or taking statin medications or other medications to lower your cholesterol, you will have the opposite effect on your health to the above benefits, and increase your risk of all-cause mortality, increase your risk of heart disease, and cause reduced brain function and chronic neurological conditions of Alzheimer’s Disease, and Dementia.

Many published clinical studies show that the higher your cholesterol is, especially as you get older, is protective of heart health, and REDUCES your risk or heart disease and all-cause mortality.

In a way, the Heart Support Australia slogan of “Don’t let cholesterol be your silent killer” is sort of correct in a negative way, or should instead read as “Don’t let LOW cholesterol be your silent killer”!

When you get blood tests done, make sure to always get your cholesterol and blood lipids test done! Even for children and younger adults, as it’s not for older people to check their cholesterol levels. But more importantly, you need to get your blood test results analysed by an IIFP (Institute for Integrative and Functional Pathology) trained practitioner, which I am! Only an IIFP practitioner can properly interpret your blood test results in a more holistic and nutritional way, based on good evidence. And not based on historic lies and non-science that is the cholesterol myth.

GLP-1 medications for diabetes or weight loss do not fix the causes of your weight gain

Recently (1st Dec 2025), the useless World Health/Hoax Organisation issued its first guidance on the new GLP-1 (semaglutide) class of medications (United Nations, 2025). These medications include Wegovy, Mounjaro and others prescribed for weight loss, or Ozempic prescribed for diabetes.

Ridiculously, the WHO says that increased weight and obesity is a chronic DISEASE, and not the result of lifestyle choices! They clearly don’t have a clue about health, weight gain or nutrition!

We’ve had nearly 50 years of a weight gain and obesity epidemic, despite the alleged “health” advice over that time from the WHO, government food guidelines, doctors, and dietitians, and we are actually having even higher levels of obesity and chronic health issues related to increased weight than ever before, such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and cancers. Probably because the diet advice was all wrong.

There are an incredible number of dangerous side effects for these medications, which I will expand on in another article soon. But in short, the side effects include digestive symptoms, muscle wasting (muscle loss), lower bone density, arthritis, suicidal ideation, and more (RACGP, 2025).

Unless the root causes of YOUR weight issues are found and fixed, treated or removed, no amount of dieting or exercise will help you to lose weight. Weight loss is actually very easy, with a personalised treatment plan. Standard weight loss plans, being the same for everyone, simply do not work!
Taking a medication for weight loss doesn’t work either! Medications don’t ever fix the root causes of your weight gain, and they always introduce new symptoms as side effects. And as soon as you stop taking the medication, all the weight will come back again, and you end up worse than before due to the side effects too.

Weight gain absolutely is the result of your choices of foods and lifestyle. Hence improving your diet and lifestyle can reverse the weight gain! This can be a much safer, and more sustainable way to achieve your healthy goal weight.
