Not your average detox program!
I'm not a fan of most detox programs - they just don't work! Sorry, but it's true.
If you think doing a 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, or other short-term detox program is going to clear all toxins, wastes and chemicals in your body or undo all the damage from our modern diets and lifestyles expose us to, then you are greatly misinformed! They won't do anything for you or your health.
What do you want to detox? Which organs, or which toxins or chemicals? Different parts of the body or chemicals need specific protocols to detoxify or chelate them out of the body, without causing more harm to your body.
How do you know a detox is working? For most programs, you don't have a clue! Specific testing before the detox program and during or afterwards will show how well it has worked.
That's why I have developed this unique detox program which really works! While this program has a standard set of inclusions, it is still personalised for your individual needs and goals!
